I know firsthand the challenges of navigating life’s ups and downs, working through deep wounds, and finding ways to express difficult emotions. My own life-changing therapy journey sparked a deep passion for supporting others wherever they are on their path to self-discovery, wholeness, and healing.

My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches that explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviour—while also honouring the ways that culture, family, and personal history shape who we are. I practice through a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming lens, drawing on over 15 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families in a variety of settings.

I bring a unique, empathetic perspective to every individual and family I serve—meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment or expectation. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, recognizing that each person’s story is distinct and deserves care that reflects that. Together, we’ll work to uncover the roots of your challenges, create space for authentic self-expression, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have felt lost or unseen.

Therapy can sound daunting, but it’s also a space to breathe, reflect, and begin feeling more confident and connected—to yourself, your relationships, and your life. Whether we’re building coping skills, strengthening relationships, or helping you rediscover your sense of self, my goal is to support lasting and meaningful change.

Particular Areas of Focus:

Autism , ADHD, Anger Management,  Behaviour Intervention, Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Regulation, Attachment Issues, Relationship Difficulties, Pregnancy & Postpartum Preparation or Loss

Hello! My name is Chantell Dennis and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I’d say that I am a woman that wears many hats haha! First and foremost — I am a sister, proud godmother, and dog mom. I am a Christian and rely on my faith to keep me grounded and guide me in life. I am passionate about neurodivergence and infant/child development which has led me to become an autism therapist and full spectrum Doula to support children and their families during every life stage.

When I’m outside of the office, I spend my time as an entrepreneur and charity founder, devoting my time to meeting the needs of the vulnerable homeless community and dreaming big about my future plan to open a charity-based counselling centre. In my downtime, I love to watch movies, satisfy my sweet tooth, play guitar and spend time with my family! Up next on my bucket list is to travel, try out horseback riding, and graduate from my masters program in the spring. I look forward to joining you on your journey to healing and wholeness!
