Hello! My name is Chantelle (she/her) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I was born and raised in Brampton, but I have worked all over the Greater Toronto Area. I have worked in the helping profession for over a decade.  My background includes roles as a case manager, recreational programmer, and intervention support worker within a high school setting.

Outside of my passion for helping others, I also enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my dog, Toby. I love the outdoors and being out in the sun.

In my free time, I like to read, paint, watch scary movies, and listen to music. My favourite hobby is traveling to new countries as I have a passion for learning about new cultures, trying new foods, and meeting new people. I also really enjoy playing sports, such as soccer and volleyball, and consider it a significant interest in my life.

Hi, my name is Chantelle, and I appreciate your time in visiting my page. At the core of my approach, lies a firm belief and value in collaboration. I acknowledge that each client is the expert in their own life experiences and encourage a curious exploration of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My therapeutic style is characterized by a blend of evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client. As your counselor, I am dedicated to getting to know you as a person, understanding your values, and identifying your goals to provide you with a personalized counseling experience.

In my approach, I believe that the therapeutic journey is not just about unpacking negative experiences and healing wounds; it is about fostering personal growth and resilience. I create a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore and navigate their emotional well-being, empowering them to reach their full potential.
