As a person from the Caribbean and of Black heritage I understand the struggles faced by minorities, therefore, my practice is driven by the belief that we are meant to live wholesome lives. Inspired by my lived experience, I provide a safe space for healing and growth. Together, we will navigate challenges, rebuild self-esteem, and cultivate resilience. I value your unique perspectives shaped by culture and society. With warmth and compassion, I will guide you towards inner peace and authenticity, empowering you to live a fulfilling life.

About me as an Individual Therapist:

We were not meant to be perfect; but we were meant to be whole. My life’s passion is to support clients through significant life challenges to develop a sense of completeness and fulfilment. To do that, I create a safe space of empathy, trust and understanding for healing, growth and resilience to evolve.
In individual therapy, I integrate various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Laugh Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Faith-Based Counseling. With a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach, I support you in exploring your experiences, promoting healing, and fostering personal growth.
Together, we create a safe and inclusive space where you can navigate challenges, find resilience, and embrace your authentic self.

About me as a Couple Therapist…

In Couple Therapy, I bring a comprehensive approach to address a range of concerns including sex, intimacy, reproductive concerns, trust and infidelity issues, and communication. With a deep understanding and empathy rooted in my own experiences, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for couples to explore their challenges and foster deeper connections.

Drawing from specialized training and evidence-based modalities, I guide partners in navigating obstacles, rebuilding trust, improving communication, and cultivating fulfilling and harmonious relationships.

My goal is to support couples in finding healing, growth, and a renewed sense of intimacy and mutual understanding.
