I am glad you’re here. I am a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals of varying ages. I love getting to know your story and how you came to be in your current reality. I hope to explore your past and present, and together we can identify what goals you would like to reach.
I believe there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy, so by getting to know you, we will find the ways in which you are best supported. I know that opening up and being vulnerable can be anxiety-inducing, so I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space so you feel comfortable sharing your journey with me. We will always go at your pace; after all, you are the expert!
I also believe it is a sign of true strength to take a step towards reflecting inwards, so self-compassion is something I always encourage. I believe in the power of mindfulness and will notice your indirect ways of communicating with me as well (i.e., your body language) and together we will identify what’s coming up for you.
We will make connections between experiences, relationships, roles, habits, thoughts, patterns, and behaviours, and identify how you envision your future self. My hope is for you to leave our sessions feeling encouraged, validated, hopeful, and empowered. I would be grateful to be a part of your journey and hope we can connect soon!

Hello and welcome! My name is Keeshia and I am a Registered Psychotherapist.
Above all, I am Christian and my faith is very important to me. I believe each of our lives have purpose and I am always finding ways to improve my relationship with our creator. I value kindness, authenticity, and empathy and I believe overcoming challenges is not an impossible task but a journey to discovering who we truly are.
Family is so important to me and in my down time we love to spend time in nature, go for walks and bike rides, find new books and activities, and watch our favourite movies with a buffet of snacks. I prefer tea over coffee and hope to live by the ocean one day!
