I’m so glad you’re here! Reaching out for support is such a thoughtful step towards gaining deeper insight. Thank you for trusting me with your journey.

During our work together, we will explore how we are shaped by our early experiences and how our emotions guide us to better understand ourselves. We won’t be learning quick strategies to coping, conflict resolution or emotion management, but instead we will slow down and work to uncover the underlying patterns that drive our perceptions of the world, our relationships with others, and our relationship with ourselves. I believe that our emotions, moods, and bodies hold valuable information about who we are and I hope to create a space where you can dig a little deeper to gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships.

I believe that my most important therapy tool is the relationship between myself and my clients. It is through the safety of this relationship that all else can be explored.

Particular Areas of Focus:

Trauma/PTSD/C-PTSD; Childhood abuse or neglect; Relationship challenges; Family estrangement; Self-discovery

Outside of the therapy room, I am someone who values deep and quiet reflection, noticing the seemingly small layers that make up life, and letting my mind and heart take me where it wants to go! I am often deeply curious about people’s stories and their experiences of what it is like to be human. I buy way too many books and can lose hours to reading a juicy memoir. In the warmer months, I love a long trail run and processing my thoughts and emotions in nature. Planting and nurturing my flower garden has been an interesting teacher of many things! The quickest way to my heart is through a sweet treat (cake please!) and long conversations with the people I love.
