Hello, I’m Minomi Subapanditha and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Before finding my passion in connecting with and supporting individuals as a therapist, I worked in the field of Biochemistry for several years.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, be it mundane or highly energetic activities. One of my favourite things to do is to complete (and glue together) 1000-piece fine art jigsaw puzzles with my mom. Making meaningful connections not only with my social circle but also connecting with myself has helped me become a better therapist. I practice mindfulness and self-compassion daily to elevate my sense of self.

About me as an Individual Therapist…

Hello, I’m Minomi Subapanditha and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). As an individual therapist, I value building a rich connection with you by being open, nonjudgmental, and empathetic, and fostering trust to provide you the space to be vulnerable. I take on a person-centred and an anti-oppressive approach to actively listen to the diverse life experiences you hold as an individual.

During sessions, I take on the role of a guide rather than an instructor to collaboratively support you in making positive behavioural changes.
