I have been practicing as a Registered Psychotherapist for just over 8 years. I know from professional and personal experience how hard it can be to reach out for support and how challenging it can be to then connect with someone you feel comfortable with.  I view therapy as a resource that can be accessed by those experiencing hopes to strengthen what is already going well, or for those who want to address what may not be feeling great.  I offer a non-judgemental, safe space where I get to know you as a person. I pay particular attention to your values, hopes, expectations, beliefs, concerns, and identities (culture, religious, relationship status, roles, responsibilities etc.). I hope to establish a relationship with you where you feel comfortable, supported and gently and appropriately challenged in effort to facilitate sustainable, meaningful change. I work collaboratively with clients where I uphold and value a strengths-based, systemic, relational and anti-oppressive lens.
