Hi, I’m Saraansh! A fellow human and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, isolating, or difficult to make sense of, especially when you’re trying to navigate relationships, identity, culture, expectations, and the many roles you hold all at once. My own lived experiences, navigating the complexities of balancing different cultural worlds and trying to access mental health support that felt attuned, played a significant role in bringing me to this work with the hopes of creating a space where people feel genuinely understood, supported, and less alone in whatever they may be carrying.
Those experiences shaped the way I approach therapy today. I approach my work from a systemic and relational lens, meaning I don’t see people or their struggles in isolation. Instead, I aim to understand you within the broader context of your relationships, culture, lived experiences, and the environments that have shaped your story. My work is informed by approaches including narrative, dialogic collaborative, and solution-focused therapy, allowing us to explore your experiences with curiosity while also moving toward meaningful change.
At the core of my work is the belief that therapy is something we co-create together. I don’t see myself as someone with answers, but rather someone walking alongside you with curiosity, care, reflections, and support as we make sense of your experiences together. My hope is to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in genuine human connection.
Relationship Challenges, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Identity
Outside of therapy, I’m someone who values connection, curiosity, and intentionality. I value the relationships and communities in my life, as they continue to shape how I understand people, growth, and well-being. I enjoy spending time outdoors, listening to music, staying active through sports like basketball, and finding small ways to stay grounded and present in everyday life. I also enjoy exploring new experiences and hobbies, one of which includes collecting vintage watches. On slower days, you can also find me rewatching comfort shows like The Office or Modern Family.
As someone who has navigated the multiple layers of identity, culture, family expectations, and personal growth, I understand how overwhelming it can sometimes feel when trying to balance different parts of who you are. These experiences continue to shape how I show up with people and guide my systemic and relational approach to therapy.
At my core, I value presence, reflection, and continuous learning. I believe we are always evolving and growing through our relationships, experiences, and the ways we come to understand ourselves over time, and I try to bring those same values into my work.
