Coming Soon…

Hello, my name is Sierra (she/her), and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals, couples, and families. I know that reaching out for therapy can be challenging, so I want to recognize this first step in your journey. During sessions, I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and collaborative space, so that you can feel secure exploring and broadening your perspectives. I hope to help you create meaningful change in your life and support you in being your most authentic self.

As a therapist with a relational focus, I strongly value relationships. Through my own relationships as a partner, daughter, sister, and friend, I have come to learn the importance of showing up authentically and meaningfully. Knowing this allows me to best support you in being your most preferred self in your relationships and life. I hope to help you better understand who you are and what you want for yourself.

Additionally, through my work as a therapist, I have learnt the importance of self-care and investing in passions that are meaningful to me. You can often find me spending time with my loved ones, watching a funny series, going to the gym, or baking. In the past, I was also a competitive athlete, allowing me to best support you through the nuances of goal setting and motivation.

As an Individual Therapist…

During sessions, I support clients in finding and utilizing their own unique strengths, as well as developing the necessary, individualized tools to empower them in meeting their goals. As we work toward this, I pay special attention to various parts of your identity (e.g., values, faith, culture, etc.), and I explore the ways that your relationship to your loved ones, community, and experiences impact you and vice versa. I strive for you to leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and more confident in the knowledge that you have gained and the direction that you wish to go. By working in this way, I uphold a strength-based, person-centred, and anti-oppressive lens.

It would be an honour to hear your story and connect with you today. I hope that we can speak soon.

As a Couple Therapist + Family Therapist…

As a relational therapist, I support clients in identifying and navigating core challenges that may be creating feelings of ‘stuckness’ or conflict in their relationships. To do this, I support clients in deepening their understanding of themselves and one another, including their emotions and experiences, to broaden their perspectives and create change. These newfound perspectives allow us to develop strategies and tools best suited to you, your loved ones, and your relationships. I also support clients in recognizing the strengths that already exist within their relationships, inspiring them to harness and build upon these resources. I strongly believe that clients are the experts of their lives and experiences. In honouring this, I will work with you to create change that best aligns with your values, hopes, and wishes.

It would be an honour to hear your story and connect with you today. I hope that we can speak soon.
