More About Me:

Through my practice of therapy, I offer a unique blend of academic and life experiences.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in English from York University and will soon graduate with a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in the summer of 2024. Having lived in the Greater Toronto Area my entire life, I have a deep connection to the community and have been dedicated to supporting individuals across communities for the past 5 years. My journey has been fueled by a passion for understanding the diverse stories and experiences that shape our society. Outside of my professional life, I am an adventurous traveler and avid reader who loves discovering new places and diving into captivating stories. I cherish creating new memories with friends and family and am a devoted foodie, always on the lookout for the next culinary delight in the city. As a yoga enthusiast, I find balance and relaxation through my practice, which I bring into my therapeutic approach.

I believe that therapy is a journey we embark on together, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Explore my site to learn more about how we can start this transformative journey toward a brighter, more fulfilling future.
