Reaching out for support with anxiety, grief, stress, or questions about your relationships or identity can feel challenging, and the right therapist is important so your experiences are understood and respected. Whether your needs and goals are clear or still unfolding, I help you explore your feelings, recognize strengths, and take steps toward meaningful change.

I use a creative, dialogue-focused approach, meeting you where you are with what may be happening. Through humor, clarity, challenge, or a supportive environment, we work together to create an approach that fits your life. Change can feel uncomfortable, but with guidance and support, it can also feel manageable and empowering.

Particular Areas of Focus:

Anxiety, Grief Relationship Difficulties, Trauma, Self-Esteem, Stress, Life Transitions, Communication Challenges, Break-Ups

I am a Registered Psychotherapist, and there’s been many life experiences that brought me to pursuing and valuing my career. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and I am typically known to always be learning something new in my life. I genuinely enjoy constructive and deep conversations with my clients, as well as friends and family. Some fun facts are that most of my mornings start with pilates, my drives anywhere are fuelled by podcasts, and I love a good coffee anytime of the day.
