Services and Fees

Individual Therapy

The rate of individual therapy ranges from
$145-175 + HST per 50 minutes, depending on experience

Psychotherapy interns offer individual sessions at the standard rate of
$90 + HST per 50 minutes.

Couple Therapy

The rate of couple therapy ranges from
$160-175 + HST per 50 minutes, based on experience.

Psychotherapy interns offer couple sessions at the standard rate of
$115 + HST per 50 minutes.

Family Therapy

The rate of family therapy ranges from
$160-175 + HST per 50 minutes, depending on experience.

Psychotherapy interns offer family sessions at the standard rate of
$115 + HST per 50 minutes.

Clinical Supervision

The rate of one on one clinical supervision is at the rate of $125 + HST per 60 minutes.

Areas of Focus


Self-worth is the internal experience of feeling good enough and worthy of love and belonging within one’s relationships with others.

Therapy aims to support in shifting unhelpful narratives and beliefs that may have been acquired from childhood experiences or past relationships; it can help in building new stories around one’s sense of identity. Therapy can also help provide a safe space for individuals to explore the kind of relationship they would like to have with themselves and others as well as how their values might influence feelings of self-worth when living in alignment with them.


Anxiety is often experienced as a persistent and intense worry about one or several things (ex. public speaking, uncertainty or tensions experienced in important relationships, health, finances, performance etc.). While anxiety can present in a manner that impedes on our preferred way of experiencing ourselves, our relationships and lives, its intention is to protect us from harm/hurt.

Pursuing therapy for experiences with anxiety often is with the aim to reduce the internal alerts of harm so that we can continue to protect ourselves while also not sacrificing quality of life.



Depression can be experienced as a sense of hopelessness/helplessness, difficulty concentrating, changes in appetite, self-isolating, suicidal thoughts, having a lack of interest in things you once use to enjoy and a persistent feeling of sadness.

Although, these might be some ways in which depression could be experienced it is important to know that it can look slightly different for everyone.

Therapy is aimed to assist clients in gaining more awareness of their experiences of depression while finding helpful coping strategies to help reduce and navigate how depression might present.


Trauma is understood to be a distressing event or multiple experiences that one has encountered that has had a lasting emotional, physical, mental and relational response.

It may be experienced as having intrusive memories, flashbacks, nightmares/terrors, brain fog, restlessness, irritability, panic attacks, worry, anxiety, sleep disturbances and other challenges within relationships.

These are some of the common ways individuals might experience symptoms of trauma, but it is helpful to know that trauma can look different for everyone.

Working with a therapist can assist you in gaining greater awareness of the different symptoms and triggers that may arise surrounding a history of trauma and help provide helpful ways of coping.

Personal Growth

Therapy can be more than symptom response and treatment. We believe therapy can be a helpful resource for anyone, not just those who may be experiencing challenges. People may access therapy with interest in focusing more on their needs and hopes rather than fears and challenges. Personal growth therapy might be an opportunity for individuals to better understand their values, their thought process, and actions.

Personal growth therapy can appear to be vague, but this is because people and their experiences are unique. What growth looks like for one person may be very different than growth of someone else. 

Overall, personal growth therapy can create space for individuals to better understand themselves, inviting them to prioritize time to work towards greater authenticity, health and happiness.

LGBTQIA Experiences

Experiences surrounding sexuality and gender identity within cultures and communities that hold a binary approach can influence experiences of anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, self-harm, isolation and fear for those who may identify with the LGBTQIA+ community.

Therapy helps provide a safe space for individuals to explore their sexuality and gender identity.


Infidelty, whether is it emotional or physical, can leave couples feeling like the gound beneath them is shakey or unstable. Feelings of confision, sadness, betrayal, anger, guilt, anxiety, relief, panic and hopelessness can be expereinced.

Working with a couples therapist can help create a safe space for couples to gain a better undertsnading of their relationship dynamics, what factors might have contributed to the rupture of trust and the rebuilding of safety and trust within the relationship. 

However, it is impomortant to be aware that the rebuilding of trust requires both partners to have a level of commitment to the work and process of rebuilding a new relationship with one another.


Grief can be experienced for several reasons including but not limited to the death of a loved one, shifts or terminations experienced in relationships (ex. break ups, dissolving of familial relationship), as well as professional shifts (termination of employment). People can experience grief and loss in a variety of ways, for different lengths of time. 

Working with a therapist through grief can create space to identify emotions being experienced and the impact of the loss. There can be work done in effort to become closer to acceptance and closure. However, it is important to know that acceptance and closure can be experienced on a continuum,  and there may be days that grief is felt more. 

We will work with you in processing the loss, working through the pain and finding ways to move forward with your life in your preferred way. 


Relationships come in many different shapes and sizes, family relationships, friendships, romantic relationships, professional relationships, monogamous relationships, open relationships, polyamorous relationships, etc There are many different challenges that could arise within the relationships that we hold with others.

Relationship counselling supports in healthier ways of communication, managing conflict, boundary setting, and building more connection and understanding. It aims to support clients in identifying the hopes and values they wish to experience within the connections with others.

 Also, it is important to know that relationship counselling does not always indicate that there is a challenge to overcome as relationship counselling can also be used to help strengthen existing bonds and connections with others.
